Today was our first class together so I told you about the final exam and what you have to do to get ready for it.

We did a recap of all the things you learned last year and then you had a mock English lit quizz to check on your cultural knowledge. Congratulations, because you did pretty good!

Homework :

Your first "dossier" is due on the 26th !

After a quick recap of the Classroom English, we started working on our first unit entitled "Invincible", by looking at this document : 

You learned all the vocabulary necessary to describe a person, and then we learned about the comparative forms.

Grammar :

Superman in taller than Batman. –> adj. court + -er + than

Batman is more intelligent than Superman. –> more + adj. long + than

Batman is as cute as Superman. –> as + adj. + as

Superman is less fast than Flash. –> less + adj. + than

Homework :

Learn the lesson : you should be able to describe and compare.

Today we had our first class together. You learned everything about the final exam which is awaiting you at the end of the school year.

We also gathered our ideas about the four notions of the program and then, we trained our comprehension skills.
